Have you ever wanted to kill anyone or anything? Even your Mac itself? If so, thereﾕs nothing better than MacMurder Plus SuperDestructive, the revolutionary stress reliever from Grieser Technologies.
MacMurder Plus comes with 3 weapon banks and one single-weapon file. However, if this is not enough, download more from America Online or create your own. In fact, by the time you read this, Weapon Manager may even be available, allowing you to create your own weapons without ResEdit!
What Do I Kill?:
There are many things to kill. How about that PICT file of your boss you scanned? What about the Quicktime movie of that historical politician you arenﾕt particularly fond of? Itﾕs up to you? Just select ﾒOpen Picture. . .ﾓ from the File menu to open up a world of opportunity.
Adding Weapons:
Either create them yourself (with ResEdit) or download them from America Online. After your weapon file is ready, just drag it to the ﾒMM+ (Weapons)ﾓ folder within the same folder as MacMurder Plus SD. To make things even more convenient, you can even drag your weapon file to the ﾒMM+ (Disabled Weapons)ﾓ folder I added.
About Weapons:
Any MacMurder+ SD, older MacMurder+, Macinsplat, or MacAssassin file can be a weapon. Just drag it to your ﾒMM+ (Weapons)ﾓ folder and itﾕs instantly a weapon!
Although many weapon formats can be added, I always recommend MacMurder Plus formats, since they are the only ones to allow animation, custom color cursors, and other things. They can even have a custom about box!
-- THERE ARE TWO (ACTUALLY 4) TYPES OF MM+ WEAPONS: --
mwpn - A single weapon file.
xwpn - A multiple weapon file.
mwp2 - Same as an mwpn, but theyﾕre easier to make with ResEdit.
xwp2 - Same as an xwpn, but. . . guess why theyﾕre different!
To select a weapon, select its name from the WEAPONS menu. If itﾕs a weapon bank (xwpn/xwp2, such as GunsV and Bomb Madness), you can also change weapons with an +++ EXTRA +++ menu added to the menu bar. The names of that particular menu will vary depending on current application.
Shareware:
This program, yes, is shareware. The first option is only four bucks, which lets you get rid of that stupid reminder and not have to feel guilty. Remember! I am only 13 and worked hard on this software. The other option (which costs twelve bucks) is the DELUXE package, which gets you everything the first does - but also includes loads of extra weapons, free upgrades, everything on disk, Weapon Manager (when it becomes available), and other things. If you canﾕt afford the big one now, you can upgrade later for twelve bucks.
